Who is this mentoring for?

This program is for you if you are about to take over – or are expected to take over – the company and you want more clarity and strength for your role.

The mentoring is aimed at next-generation successors in family businesses who feel torn between family expectations and entrepreneurial responsibility and wish to regain their inner strength and clarity.

You learn to reflect on your current role and how to deal with external expectations. With targeted methods for stress management and resilience building, Claudia Elsässer supports you in leading yourself and others authentically and carrying your responsibilities with confidence.

No, the mentoring is specifically tailored to the challenges of business successors and does not require any special prior knowledge – only the willingness to become more clear and stable from within.

The mentoring includes personal coaching sessions (online or on-site) tailored to your individual situation and challenges. Usually, I involve all generations in the process. More information is available via email or phone.

Many participants already feel more inner peace and clarity after the first sessions. The lasting change happens at your own pace, with continuous support from Claudia Elsässer.
